    Do you want to feel confident in your TEACHING SKILLS? Being an excellent instructor goes beyond knowing the pilates repertoire and the foundational concepts, to have the skills to deliver their knowledge EFFECTIVELY to a group class or a private client. With my Instructor Mentorship you will learn the key skills to hone your teaching abilities and significantly improve the experience and results of your classes and clients.

“If you don’t go to the gym at least 5 times a week, I wont pay your gym membership.” That’s how my Dad got me started at the gym at 14 years old and how my passion for health and wellness was born, little did I know, laying the foundation of what would become my career 20+ years later.

Although strength training was my first love, pilates became my main form of movement in 2020, quickly turning into another way of moving my body that I felt deeply connected to. My journey with pilates took me to working at a pilates studio, immersing myself in the environment, connecting with an incredible community and inspiring my decision to become an instructor.

I believe in moving our body in a way we love, because it shouldn’t be about torturing ourselves but about tapping into our power and becoming our strongest self, physically but most importantly, in our mind.

I lead my work from my heart and a deep sense of helping you discover your own inner strength.
